Is there a retainer/deposit?
Yes, there is a $250 nonrefundable retainer that is required to hold your date. This payment is not an additional cost, it goes towards the full amount.
How do I receive and download my photos?
You will receive your photos through an online gallery which will have a password to enter. Downloading is simple, all you do is click the download button on the top navigation of the gallery page. You can also download single images by clicking the download button on each individual photo.
How long until I get my Photos?
Delivering so many beautiful photos can take time. You can expect 4-8 weeks to receive your photos.
How long do you keep my photos on file?
I try to keep your files as long as possible but it is only guaranteed to keep them for 30 days after gallery delivery. I suggest saving your photos to an external drive for safety
